Class Rates

BILLING AND PAYMENT INFORMATION

We are very excited about the new school year coming up, and proud that we've been in business for more than four years. Each year we continue to refine our schedules and billing to make things easier for everyone involved. We are doing away with our annual registration fee and will only be charging a one-time new family registration fee of $35.00. If you have paid an annual registration fee in the past, you will not have to pay this again. Excel Gymnastics has decided to move away from a session schedule and move to a month to month schedule. We believe that this will make it easier for parents and athletes to participate more fully in this wonderful sport, a sport that generates the building blocks of many other athletic endeavors. The month to month schedule is a total of 40 weeks or 40 weekly classes. While some months are shorter, others are also longer. For some days, especially Mondays, this will mean that if you sign up for a certain day you may have to schedule a makeup class somewhere during your months to get all your classes in. We will not be able to prorate for missed classes but will work with everyone on an individual basis to make sure that all classes paid for have been received.

We are offering a new rate schedule. Most of our classes have gone down in costs while others have remained about the same. We are offering discounts for half year, 20 classes, a 5% tuition reduction, and all year, 40 classes, a 10% tuition reduction. In addition, for those who agree to automatic bank payments, there will be a $2.50 reduction per month for a half year and a $5.00 reduction per month for a full year in monthly payments. With these reductions you can actually realize up to about 17% in savings over the pure monthly rate. And, this is actually a simple process of filling out a short form for the bank. We are continuing to offer a sibling discount of 10% per child after the first child. Because we are on a school year calendar, payments will be due by the 25th of each month.

To avoid late and defaulted payments, we are asking everyone to have a credit card number on file. Any payments not received by the 10th of the month, 15 days late, will have their bill charged automatically to their credit card along with a $15.00 late payment fee to cover administrative costs and credit card fees. We have security software that will keep this information totally safe.

There are three sign up options available:

• month to month: for those who might not be able to commit to a longer time period. We will need to have a 30 day advance notice of leaving so that we can fill that spot.
• 20 week, half year plan: Can be either the first half of the year or the last half. The first half runs from August to January and the second half runs from January to June. This option will be billed in 5 monthly installments.
• 40 week, full year plan: from August to June. This option is billed in 9 monthly installments between August and April.
